Charles James Willoughby and Charlotte Payne Seymour.1 She married, firstly, Reverend Gordon Heslop on 9 June 1878.1 She married, secondly, Benjamin Day on 29 September 1898.1 She died on 24 March 1931 at age 81.1
     From 9 June 1878, her married name became Heslop.1 From 29 September 1898, her married name became Day.1
