Henry Seymour was the son of Lord Robert Seymour and Anne Delmé.1 He married Hon. Emily Byng, daughter of George Byng, 4th Viscount Torrington and Lady Lucy Boyle, on 1 July 1800.1 He died on 13 February 1843.1
