     Catherine Anne Griffith was the daughter of John Griffith.1 She married, firstly, Major unknown White before 1818.1 She married, secondly, Admiral John Erskine Douglas, son of David Douglas and unknown daughter Thompson, in 1818.1 She died in 1885.1
     From before 1818, her married name became White.1 From 1818, her married name became Douglas.1
