     Tristram Conyers was born on 5 September 1619.2 He was the son of William Conyers and Mary Harvey.2 He married Winifred Gerard, daughter of Sir Gilbert Gerard, 1st Bt., before 1650.2 He died on 6 August 1684 at age 64.2
     He lived at Copt Hall, Essex, England.1 He was educated at St. John's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Maldon in 1660.2 He was a practising serjeant-at-law between 1674 and 1684.2

     Charlotte Anderson was the daughter of Charles Anderson.1 She married Robert Jocelyn, 1st Viscount Jocelyn, son of Thomas Jocelyn and Anne Bray, circa 24 July 1730.1 She died on 23 February 1747.1
     From circa 24 July 1730, her married name became Jocelyn.1 After her marriage, Charlotte Anderson was styled as Baroness Newport of Newport on 29 November 1743.
