     Dorothea Bayly was the daughter of Very Rev. Edward Bayly and Catherine Price.1 She married Sir Thomas Butler, 6th Bt., son of Sir Richard Butler, 5th Bt. and Henrietta Percy, on 19 June 1759.1 She died in 1824 at Bath, Somerset, England.1,2 She was buried at Walcot, Somerset, England.2
     From 19 June 1759, her married name became Butler.1
