     Hugh Cholmondeley, 3rd Baron Delamere of Vale Royal was born on 28 April 1870.1 He was the son of Hugh Cholmondeley, 2nd Baron Delamere of Vale Royal and Augusta Emily Seymour.1 He married, firstly, Lady Florence Anne Cole, daughter of Lowry Egerton Cole, 4th Earl of Enniskillen and Charlotte Marion Baird, on 11 July 1899.2 He married, secondly, Gwladys Helen Beckett, daughter of Hon. Rupert Evelyn Beckett and Muriel Helen Florence Paget, on 28 May 1928.1 He died on 13 November 1931 at age 61.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Delamere of Vale Royal, co. Chester [U.K., 1821] on 1 August 1887.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd Battalion, Cheshire Regiment.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Cheshire Yeomanry Cavalry.1 In 1906 he acquired the family ranch of Soysambu, Kenya.3 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.) in 1929.1 He held the office of Member of the Legislative Council (M.L.C.) [Kenya]1 He was unofficial member of the Executive Council [Kenya] in 1931.1 He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.4

     Her married name became Cholmondeley.

Rupert Evelyn Beckett and Muriel Helen Florence Paget.1,2 She married, firstly, Sir Charles Markham, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Arthur Basil Markham, 1st Bt. and Lucy Bertram Cunningham, on 8 December 1920.2 She and Sir Charles Markham, 2nd Bt. were divorced in 1928.2 She married, secondly, Hugh Cholmondeley, 3rd Baron Delamere of Vale Royal, son of Hugh Cholmondeley, 2nd Baron Delamere of Vale Royal and Augusta Emily Seymour, on 28 May 1928.1 She died on 22 February 1943.1
     From 8 December 1920, her married name became Markham. From 28 May 1928, her married name became Cholmondeley. She held the office of Mayor of Nairobi between 1938 and 1939.2

     William Henry Davison, 1st Baron Broughshane was born in 1872.1 He was the son of Richard Davison and Annie Patrick.1,2 He married, firstly, Beatrice Mary Roberts, daughter of Sir Owen John Roberts, in 1898.1 He and Beatrice Mary Roberts were divorced in 1929.1 He married, secondly, Louisa Mary Constance Marriott, daughter of Major Charles Frederick Marriott, on 6 June 1929.1 He died on 19 January 1954.1
