     Grania Mary Villiers-Stuart was born in 1941.2 She was the daughter of FitzGerald Villiers-Stuart.3 She married Sir Andrew Cosmo Lewis Duff Gordon, 8th Bt., son of Sir Douglas Frederick Duff Gordon, 7th Bt. and Gladys Rosemary Henry, on 2 September 1967.1 She and Sir Andrew Cosmo Lewis Duff Gordon, 8th Bt. were divorced in 1975.1 She died on 2 April 2012.2
     From 2 September 1967, her married name became Duff Gordon.1

     Sir Andrew Cosmo Lewis Duff Gordon, 8th Bt. was born on 17 October 1933.1 He was the son of Sir Douglas Frederick Duff Gordon, 7th Bt. and Gladys Rosemary Henry.2 He married, firstly, Grania Mary Villiers-Stuart, daughter of FitzGerald Villiers-Stuart, on 2 September 1967.1 He and Grania Mary Villiers-Stuart were divorced in 1975.1 He married, secondly, Eveline Virginia Soames, daughter of Lt.-Col. Samuel Soames and Margaret Dolan, on 18 December 1975.1 He died on 24 April 2023 at age 89.3
     He was educated at Repton School, Repton, Derbyshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Suez Campaign between 1953 and 1954.1 He gained the rank of officer in the Worcester Regiment and 1st Battalion, 22nd Cheshire Regiment.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Duff, of Halkin, co. Ayr [U.K., 1813] on 15 March 1964.1 He lived in 2003 at Downton House, Walton, Presteigne, Powys, WalesG.1 He lived in 2003 at 27 Cathcart Road, London, EnglandG.1

     Sir Douglas Frederick Duff Gordon, 7th Bt. was born on 12 September 1892.2 He was the son of Sir Henry William Duff Gordon, 6th Bt. and Maud Emily Hammersley.2 He married Gladys Rosemary Henry, daughter of Colonel Vivian Henry, on 31 March 1932.2 He died on 15 March 1964 at age 71.2
     He was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Exeter College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.2 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1918 in the Montgomeryshire Yeomanry and Scots Guards.2 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Duff, of Halkin, co. Ayr [U.K., 1813] on 9 January 1953.2

     Gladys Rosemary Henry was the daughter of Colonel Vivian Henry.2 She married Sir Douglas Frederick Duff Gordon, 7th Bt., son of Sir Henry William Duff Gordon, 6th Bt. and Maud Emily Hammersley, on 31 March 1932.1 She died on 18 October 1933.1
     Her married name became Duff Gordon.

     Charles Swinfen Eady, 1st Baron Swinfen was born on 31 July 1851.1 He was the son of George John Eady and Laura Maria Smith.2 He married Blanche Maude Lee, daughter of Sydney Williams Lee, on 6 September 1894.1 He died on 15 November 1919 at age 68.1
     He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1879 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1893.1 He was appointed Knight in 1901.1 He held the office of Bencher of Inner Temple in 1901.1 He was High Court Judge of Chancery between 1901 and 1913.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1913.1 He held the office of Lord Justice of Appeal between 1913 and 1918.1 He held the office of Master of the Rolls between 1918 and 1919.1 He was created 1st Baron Swinfen, of Chertsey, Surrey [U.K.] on 1 November 1919.1
