     Adeline Sarah Newton was the daughter of Philip Jocelyn Newton and Henrietta Maria Kennedy.1 She married Arthur Newton Forbes-Gordon on 17 April 1876, they were parents.1 She died on 21 February 1879.1
     From 17 April 1876, her married name became Forbes-Gordon.1
