He married, secondly, Sophie von Anhalt-Bernburg, daughter of Bernhard III Prinz von Anhalt-Bernburg and Matilde von Braunschweig, on 18 June 1346. He married, thirdly, Agnes von Sachsen-Lauenburg, daughter of Erich II Herzog von Sachsen-Lauenburg and Agnes von Holstein-Plön, on 24 June 1363. He died on 23 November 1369.
