     Albrecht II Herzog von Braunschweig-Göttingen was born circa 1268. He was the son of Albrecht I Herzog von Braunschweig-Lüneburg and Alessia di Monferrato.1 He married Rixa von Werle, daughter of Heinrich I Prinz von Werle and Rixa Folkunga, on 10 January 1284. He died on 22 September 1318.
     Albrecht II Herzog von Braunschweig-Göttingen also went by the nick-name of Albrecht 'the Fat'.1 He was a member of the House of Guelph.1 He succeeded as the Herzog von Braunschweig-Göttingen in 1286.1 He succeeded as the Herzog von Braunschweig in 1292.1 He gained the title of Herzog von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel in 1292.

     Otto Herzog von Braunschweig was born before 24 June 1292. He was the son of Albrecht II Herzog von Braunschweig-Göttingen and Rixa von Werle.1 He married, firstly, Jutta von Hessen, daughter of Heinrich I Landgraf von Hessen and Mechtild von Kleve, circa 1311. He married, secondly, Agnes von Brandenburg, daughter of Hermann I Markgraf von Brandenburg and Anna von Habsburg, in 1319. He died on 30 August 1344.
     Otto Herzog von Braunschweig also went by the nick-name of Otto 'the Mild'.1 Otto Herzog von Braunschweig also went by the nick-name of Otto 'the Liberal'. He succeeded as the Herzog von Braunschweig in 1318.1

     Ernst I Herzog von Braunschweig-Lüneburg Fürst von Braunschweig-Göttingen was born circa 1305. He was the son of Albrecht II Herzog von Braunschweig-Göttingen and Rixa von Werle.1 He married Elisabeth von Hessen, daughter of Heinrich II Landgraf von Hessen and Elisabeth von Meißen, circa 1339. He died on 24 April 1367.
     He succeeded as the Herzog von Braunschweig in 1344.1 He gained the title of Herzog von Braunschweig-Göttingen in 1345.

     Otto II Herzog von Braunschweig-Göttingen was born circa 1340. He was the son of Ernst I Herzog von Braunschweig-Lüneburg Fürst von Braunschweig-Göttingen and Elisabeth von Hessen. He married, firstly, Mirislava von Holstein-Plön, daughter of Johann III Graf von Holstein-Plön and Mirizlawa von Wittenberg, circa 1357/58. He married, secondly, Margareta von Jülich-Berg, daughter of Wilhelm I von Jülich Herzog von Berg and Anne Prinzessin von der Pfalz, circa 1379. He died on 13 December 1394 at Castle Hardeg, Hardegsen, Germany.1
     He was also known as Otto 'the Strong'. He succeeded as the Fürst von Göttingen in 1367.1

He married Anne Prinzessin von der Pfalz, daughter of Rupprecht II Kurfürst von der Pfalz and Beatrix of Sicily, in 1363. He died on 25 June 1408 at Düsseldorf, Germany.1
     He gained the title of Herzog von Jülich in 1360.1 He gained the title of Herzog von Berg in 1380.1
