     Major George Louis Steuart Ward was born on 2 April 1869.1 He was the son of Sir William Erskine Ward and Alicia Caroline Palmer.1 He married Alice Muriel Harrison, daughter of G. Denis B. Harrison, on 24 April 1905.1 He died in 1920.1
     Major George Louis Steuart Ward gained the rank of Major in the service of the Indian Army.1
