     Sir Laurence Charles Ury Kennard, 2nd Bt. was born on 6 February 1912.1 He was the son of Sir Coleridge Arthur Fitzroy Kennard, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Katherine Barclay.2 He married Joan Liesl Perschke, daughter of William Thomas Perschke, on 27 April 1940.1 He died on 3 May 1967 at age 55, without issue.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was created 2nd Baronet Kennard, of Fernhill, co. Southampton [U.K., 1891] on 7 October 1948.4

     Joan Liesl Perschke was the daughter of William Thomas Perschke.2 She married Sir Laurence Charles Ury Kennard, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Coleridge Arthur Fitzroy Kennard, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Katherine Barclay, on 27 April 1940.3 She died in 1964.3
      Her married name became Kennard.
