     Hon. Sir Richard McBride was born on 15 December 1870 at New Westminster, British Columbia, CanadaG.1 He was the son of Arthur Hill McBride and Mary D'Arcy.1 He married Christine Margaret McGillivray.1 He died on 16 August 1917 at age 46 at London, EnglandG.1
     He was appointed King's Counsel (K.C.)2 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)2 He held the office of Premier of British Columbia between 1903 and 1916. He had five other children.1

     Peter Neville Hood was born on 4 September 1913.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Neville Albert Hood and Eveline Mary Broad.2 He married Nancy Warrington Haward, daughter of Tristram Warrington Haward, on 7 November 1936.1 He died on 25 April 1969 at age 55.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve. He fought in the Second World War.1 He was awarded the U.S. Legion Merit.1
