     Reverend James Beaven was born on 9 July 1801 at Westbury, Wiltshire, England.1 He married Elizabeth Speed Frowd in 1826.1 He died on 8 November 1875 at age 74 at Niagara, Ontario, Canada.1
     He had three other sons and three daughters.1
