     Major James Richard Edwards Harden was born on 12 December 1916.2 He is the son of Major James Edwards Harden and Letitia Grace Campbell-Connell.2 He married Ursula Joyce Strutt, daughter of Captain Gerald Murray Strutt and Rhoda Hope, on 27 July 1948.
     Major James Richard Edwards Harden was decorated with the Military Cross (M.C.).1 He was decorated with the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).1

     Major James Edwards Harden was born on 24 August 1873.1 He was the son of Richard James Harden and Annie Johnstone Atkinson.1 He married Letitia Grace Campbell-Connell, daughter of Robert Nutter Campbell-Connell, on 12 April 1904. He died on 17 May 1945 at age 71.1

She is the daughter of Major James Richard Edwards Harden and Ursula Joyce Strutt.2 She married Charles Herbert Pelham, son of Major Eric Thomas Pelham and Barbara Hilda Fordham, in 1972.1 She and Charles Herbert Pelham were divorced in 1979.1
     Her married name became Pelham.
