     Frances Donnelly was born in 1885 at U.S.A..2 She was the daughter of James Caryll Donnelly.1 She married Francis Denzil Edward Baring, 5th Baron Ashburton, son of Alexander Hugh Baring, 4th Baron Ashburton and Hon. Leonora Caroline Digby, on 19 February 1906 at the Mairie, Paris, France.1 She died on 31 March 1959.2
     Frances Donnelly was also known as Frances Belmont.1 She was an actress at U.S.A..1 As a result of her marriage, Frances Donnelly was styled as Baroness Ashburton on 19 February 1906. From 19 February 1906, her married name became Baring.
