     John Leyland Feilden was born on 29 September 1821.1 He was the son of Sir William Feilden, 1st Bt. and Mary Haughton Jackson.2 He married Eliza Whigham Kennedy, daughter of James Kennedy, on 8 October 1851.1 He died on 12 March 1915 at age 93.1
     John Leyland Feilden was Lieutenant 3rd Loyal N Lancashire Regiment.1 On 31 October 1894 married 2nd Charlotte Isabella (died 5 May 1928), 4th daughter of Peter Collin, of Maryport, Cumberland.1

     Eliza Whigham Kennedy lived Ancoats.1 Her married name became Feilden.

     Her married name became Hamilton. On 14 January 1868 married 2nd John Ranking (died without issue 24 Feb 1870).1
