Edith Isabella Mercer-Henderson was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Douglas Mercer-Henderson.1 She married Hon. Hew Adam Dalrymple Hamilton Haldane-Duncan-Mercer-Henderson, son of Sir Robert Dundas Duncan-Haldane, 1st Earl of Camperdown of Lundie. She died on 24 February 1902.1

Vice-Admiral Hon. Augustus Charles Hobart-Hampden was born on 1 April 1822.1 He was the son of Sir Augustus Edward Hobart-Hampden, 6th Earl of Buckinghamshire and Mary Williams.1 He married, firstly, Mary Anne Grant, daughter of Colquhoun Grant, in 1848.1 He married, secondly, Edith Katherine Hore, daughter of Herbert Francis Hore, on 5 May 1879.1 He died on 19 June 1886 at age 64 at Milan, Italy, without issue.2

Charles Edward Hobart-Hampden was born on 6 January 1825.1 He was the son of Sir Augustus Edward Hobart-Hampden, 6th Earl of Buckinghamshire and Mary Williams.1 He married, secondly, Lucy Pauline Wright, daughter of John Wright, on 6 August 1863.1 He married, firstly, Catherine Cooke, daughter of Dr. A. Cooke, in December 1853.1 He died on 25 September 1913 at age 88.1
