     Edith Isabella Mercer-Henderson was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Douglas Mercer-Henderson.1 She married Hon. Hew Adam Dalrymple Hamilton Haldane-Duncan-Mercer-Henderson, son of Robert Dundas Duncan-Haldane, 1st Earl of Camperdown of Lundie and Janet Hamilton-Dalrymple. She died on 24 February 1902.1
     Her married name became Haldane-Duncan-Mercer-Henderson.

     Sir Robert Henderson, 6th Bt. was born in January 1762.1 He was the son of Sir Robert Henderson, 4th Bt. and Isabel Stuart.2 He died on 3 August 1833 at age 71, without issue.1
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Henderson, of Fordell, co. Fife [N.S., 1664] on 12 December 1817.1
     On his death, the Baronetcy of Henderson of Fourdell became extinct.

     John Hampden Mercer-Henderson, 8th Earl of Buckinghamshire was born on 16 April 1906.1 He was the son of Sidney Carr Hobart-Hampden-Mercer-Henderson, 7th Earl of Buckinghamshire and Georgiana Wilhelmina Haldane-Duncan-Mercer-Henderson.1 He died on 2 January 1963 at age 56, unmarried.1
     He was given the name of John Hampden Hobart-Hampden-Mercer-Henderson at birth.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Hobart, of Intwood, Norfolk [E., 1611] on 15 January 1930.1 He succeeded as the 8th Earl of Buckinghamshire [G.B., 1746] on 15 January 1930.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baron Hobart of Blickling, Norfolk [G.B., 1728] on 15 January 1930.1 On 5 April 1938 his name was legally changed to John Hampden Mercer-Henderson by Royal Licence.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Buckinghamshire in 1952.1 He held the office of Deputy Chairman of the Committees of the House of Lords between 1952 and 1963.1 He held the office of Deputy Speaker of the House of Lords between 1954 and 1963.1

     Vice-Admiral Hon. Augustus Charles Hobart-Hampden was born on 1 April 1822.1 He was the son of Augustus Edward Hobart-Hampden, 6th Earl of Buckinghamshire and Mary Williams.1 He married, firstly, Mary Anne Grant, daughter of Colquhoun Grant, in 1848.1 He married, secondly, Edith Katherine Hore, daughter of Herbert Francis Hore, on 5 May 1879.1 He died on 19 June 1886 at age 64 at Milan, ItalyG, without issue.2
     He was awarded the Order of Medjidie 2nd class.1 He was awarded the Grand Cross, Order of Franz Josef of Austria.1 He was awarded the Commandeur, Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur.1 He was awarded the Order of Osmanieh 2nd class.1 He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in the Royal Navy.1 He gained the rank of Admiral in the Turkish Service, as Hobart Pasha.1 He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in the Royal Navy.

     Captain Hon. Charles Edward Hobart-Hampden was born on 6 January 1825.1 He was the son of Augustus Edward Hobart-Hampden, 6th Earl of Buckinghamshire and Mary Williams.1 He married, firstly, Catherine Cooke, daughter of Dr. A. Cooke, in December 1853.1 He married, secondly, Lucy Pauline Wright, daughter of John Wright and Cecilia Georgiana Byng, on 6 August 1863.1 He died on 25 September 1913 at age 88.1
     He was given the name of Charles Edward Hobart at birth. He gained the rank of Captain in the Bombay Army.1 In 1878 his name was legally changed to Charles Edward Hobart-Hampden.
