     Nicola Shulman is the daughter of Milton Shulman and Drusilla Beyfus.1,2 She married, firstly, Edward St. Aubyn, son of Roger St. Aubyn and Lorna Mackintosh, in 1987.1 She and Edward St. Aubyn were divorced in 1990.1 She married, secondly, Constantine Edmund Walter Phipps, 5th Marquess of Normanby, son of Oswald Constantine John Phipps, 4th Marquess of Normanby and Hon. Grania Meve Rosaura Guinness, in 1990.1
      From 1987, her married name became St. Aubyn.1 Her married name became Phipps. As a result of her marriage, Nicola Shulman was styled as Marchioness of Normanby in 1994. She wrote the book A Rage For Rock Gardening, published 2002.2

Freeman.1 She married, firstly, William Bingham Compton, 6th Marquess of Northampton, son of William George Spencer Scott Compton, 5th Marquess of Northampton and Hon. Mary Florence Baring, on 18 June 1942.2 She married, secondly, Captain Thomas Andrew Hussey, son of John Walton Hussey, in 1958.2 She and William Bingham Compton, 6th Marquess of Northampton were divorced in 1958.2 She died in 1997.2
      From 18 June 1942, her married name became Compton. As a result of her marriage, Virginia Lucie Heaton was styled as Marchioness of Northampton on 18 June 1942. From 1958, her married name became Hussey.2

     He was educated at Bryanston School, Blandford, Dorset, England.1
