     William John Henry Brodrick was born on 25 January 1874.1 He was the son of Rev. Hon. Alan Brodrick and Emily Hester Melvill.1 He married Blanche Sophia Emily Hawker, daughter of F. A. Hawker, on 7 June 1902.1 He died on 28 October 1964 at age 90.1
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.1 He graduated from Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1897 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1899 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1917.1 He held the office of Recorder of Bournemouth between 1924 and 1926.1 He held the office of Metropolitan Police Magistrate between 1928 and 1944.1 He graduated from Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1930 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1

     Blanche Sophia Emily Hawker was the daughter of F. A. Hawker.1 She married William John Henry Brodrick, son of Rev. Hon. Alan Brodrick and Emily Hester Melvill, on 7 June 1902.1 She died in March 1944.1
     Her married name became Brodrick.

     Trevor Lowther Brodrick, 11th Viscount Midleton of Midleton was born on 7 March 1903.1 He was the son of William John Henry Brodrick and Blanche Sophia Emily Hawker.1 He married Sheila Campbell Macleod, daughter of Charles Campbell Macleod, on 12 August 1940.1 He died in 1988.1
     He succeeded as the 8th Baron Brodrick of Peper Harow, co. Surrey [G.B., 1796] on 7 September 1966.1 He succeeded as the 11th Viscount Midleton of Midleton, co. Cork [I., 1717] on 7 September 1966.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baron Brodrick of Midleton, co. Cork [I., 1715] on 7 September 1966.1

     Sheila Campbell Macleod was the daughter of Charles Campbell Macleod.1 She married Trevor Lowther Brodrick, 11th Viscount Midleton of Midleton, son of William John Henry Brodrick and Blanche Sophia Emily Hawker, on 12 August 1940.1 She died on 17 December 1995.1
     Her married name became Brodrick. After her marriage, Sheila Campbell Macleod was styled as Viscountess Midleton of Midleton on 7 September 1966.
