     Major Charles Henry Bennett Williams was born on 8 March 1854. He was the son of Sir Hugh Williams, 3rd Bt. and Henrietta Charlotte Williams-Wynn. He married Hon. Mabel Emma Boscawen, daughter of Evelyn Boscawen, 6th Viscount Falmouth and Mary Frances Elizabeth Stapleton, on 18 April 1882. He died on 17 September 1944 at age 90.
     Major Charles Henry Bennett Williams lived at Eyrl, St. Asaph, Denbighshire, Wales.
