     John de Cobham was born before 1381.1 He was the son of Reynold de Cobham, 2nd Lord Cobham (of Sterborough) and Eleanor Mautravers, Baroness Mautravers.1 He died before 30 January 1415/16, without male issue.1

     Sir Thomas de Cobham was the son of Sir Reynold de Cobham and Eleanor Culpeper.1 He married, secondly, Lady Anne Stafford, daughter of Humphrey Stafford, 1st Duke of Buckingham and Lady Anne Neville, in 1471.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Chideocke, daughter of John Chideocke, 5th Lord FitzPayn and Eleanor FitzWaryn, before 5 November 1438.3 He died on 26 April 1471, without legitimate male issue.1,2 He was buried at Lingfield, Surrey, EnglandG.1 His will was proven (by probate) on 10 July 1471.1
     He lived at Sterborough, Surrey, EnglandG.3 He succeeded as the 5th Lord Cobham, of Sterborough, in Lingfield, Surrey [E., 1347] before 1461, de jure.1 His last will was dated 2 April 1471.

     Her last will was dated 12 April 1472.

     He was founder of Enniscorthy Abbey.2 He lived at Douglas, County Cork, IrelandG.1
