     Lord Arthur Francis Henry Hill was born on 28 August 1895.1 He was the son of Arthur Wills John Wellington Trumbull Hill, 6th Marquess of Downshire and Katherine Mary Hare.1 He married Ishabel Wilhelmina Sheila MacDougall, daughter of Lt.-Col. Stewart MacDougall, on 15 October 1927.1 He died on 25 December 1953 at age 58.1
     Lord Arthur Francis Henry Hill usually went by his middle name of Francis.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 2nd Dragoons, Scots Greys.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor-General of South Africa between 1921 and 1924.1

     Ishabel Wilhelmina Sheila MacDougall was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Stewart MacDougall.1 She married Lord Arthur Francis Henry Hill, son of Arthur Wills John Wellington Trumbull Hill, 6th Marquess of Downshire and Katherine Mary Hare, on 15 October 1927.1 She died on 26 March 1961.1
     Her married name became Hill.

     Averil Beaumont was born in 1841.1 She was the daughter of Captain Richard Beaumont and Hon. Susan Hussey Bosville Macdonald.1 She married Colonel Henry Hussey Vivian, 1st Baron Swansea of Singleton, son of John Henry Vivian and Sarah Jones, on 10 November 1870.1 She died on 14 January 1934.1
     Her married name became Vivian. After her marriage, Averil Beaumont was styled as Baroness Swansea of Singleton on 9 January 1893.
