     Helena Bird was the daughter of Gregory Bird.1 She married Captain Edward Sheridan King, son of Maj.-Gen. George King and Catherine Sheridan, on 25 January 1922.1 She died on 18 January 1958.1

     Katherine King was born on 11 February 1839.1 She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. George King and Catherine Sheridan.1 She married James Clark, son of James Clark and Agnes McFarlane, on 1 June 1871.1 She died on 14 April 1915 at age 76.1
     From 1 June 1871, her married name became Clark.1

     James Clark was born on 27 February 1831.3 He was the son of James Clark and Agnes McFarlane.2 He married, firstly, Jane Smith, daughter of George Smith, on 3 March 1858.4 He married, secondly, Katherine King, daughter of Maj.-Gen. George King and Catherine Sheridan, on 1 June 1871.1 He died on 6 March 1910 at age 79.3
     James Clark held the office of Provost of Paisley between 1882 and 1885.4 He lived at Chapel House, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.4
