Richard Granville Thynne1

     Richard Granville Thynne was born on 3 December 1878.1 He was the son of Reverend Arthur Christopher Thynne and Gwenllian Elizabeth Fanny Isabel Kendall.1 He married, firstly, Gladys Hill, daughter of William Neave Hill, on 7 June 1911.1 He married, secondly, Honor Margaret Dunn, daughter of Lt.-Col. Thomas Duncan William Dunn, on 19 March 1921.1 He and Honor Margaret Dunn were divorced.1 He died on 29 February 1952 at age 73.1
     He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Scots Guards.1

     Gladys Hill was the daughter of William Neave Hill.1 She married Richard Granville Thynne, son of Reverend Arthur Christopher Thynne and Gwenllian Elizabeth Fanny Isabel Kendall, on 7 June 1911.1 She died on 28 December 1919.1
     From 7 June 1911, her married name became Thynne.1

     From 19 March 1921, her married name became Thynne.1

Lt.-Col. Thomas Duncan William Dunn1

     Lt.-Col. Thomas Duncan William Dunn was born on 15 October 1846 at Standen Manor, Hungerford, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. William Dunn and Margret Duncan Brown. He married Ethel Constance Geraldine Thursby, daughter of Lt.-Col. Richard Hassell Thursby and Alice Ann Doncaster, on 2 October 1889 at St. Thomas' Church, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.2 He died on 22 March 1899 at age 52 at Continental Hotel, Cairo, EgyptG.2 He was buried on 23 March 1899 at Protestant Cemetery, Cairo, EgyptG.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Hampshire Regiment.1

     Hugh Edward Thynne was born on 26 March 1881.1 He was the son of Reverend Arthur Christopher Thynne and Gwenllian Elizabeth Fanny Isabel Kendall.1 He married Marguerite Hearne, daughter of W. Hearne, in November 1907.1 He died on 14 January 1952 at age 70.1
     He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.1 He gained the rank of Temporary Captain in the Royal Engineers.1
