     Richard Granville Thynne was born on 3 December 1878.1 He was the son of Reverend Arthur Christopher Thynne and Gwenllian Elizabeth Fanny Isabel Kendall.1 He married, firstly, Gladys Hill, daughter of William Neave Hill, on 7 June 1911.1 He married, secondly, Honor Margaret Dunn, daughter of Lt.-Col. Thomas Duncan William Dunn, on 19 March 1921.1 He and Honor Margaret Dunn were divorced.1 He died on 29 February 1952 at age 73.1
     Richard Granville Thynne fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Scots Guards.1

Richard Hassell Thursby and Alice Ann Doncaster, on 2 October 1889 at St. Thomas' Church, Winchester, Hampshire, England.2 He died on 22 March 1899 at age 52 at Continental Hotel, Cairo, Egypt.2 He was buried on 23 March 1899 at Protestant Cemetery, Cairo, Egypt.2

     Hugh Edward Thynne was born on 26 March 1881.1 He was the son of Reverend Arthur Christopher Thynne and Gwenllian Elizabeth Fanny Isabel Kendall.1 He married Marguerite Hearne, daughter of W. Hearne, in November 1907.1 He died on 14 January 1952 at age 70.1
     Hugh Edward Thynne fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.1 He gained the rank of Temporary Captain in the service of the Royal Engineers.1
