Anna Maria Elphinstone.1,2 He married Janet Katharine Olive Anson, daughter of Sir John William Hamilton Anson, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Catherine Pack, on 5 December 1899.1 He died on 24 February 1943 at age 81.2

     Captain Thomas Henry Montgomery was born on 21 August 1828.2 He was the son of Sir James Montgomery, 2nd Bt. and Helen Graham.2 He married Hon. Anna Maria Elphinstone, daughter of James Drummond Fullerton-Elphinstone and Anna Maria Buller, on 4 March 1857.2 He died on 20 January 1879 at age 50.1
     Captain Thomas Henry Montgomery gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 42nd Highlanders.2 He lived at Hattonburn, Kinross-shire, Scotland.1
