     Archibald Campbell, 7th of Inverawe was the son of Douglas Campbell, 6th of Inverawe and Agnes Campbell.1 He married, firstly, Mary MacNeill, daughter of Hector MacNeill, on 20 June 1657.1 He married, secondly, Lillias Campbell, daughter of Sir James Campbell of Lawers, on 13 October 1701.1 He died on 21 May 1705, without issue.1
