     Mary MacNeill is the daughter of Hector MacNeill.1 She married, firstly, Niall Campbell, 11th of Duntroon before 1657.1 She married, secondly, Archibald Campbell, 7th of Inverawe, son of Douglas Campbell, 6th of Inverawe and Agnes Campbell, on 20 June 1657.1
     From 20 June 1657, her married name became Campbell.1
