     General Sir Harry Burrard, 1st Bt. was born in 1755.1 He was the son of George Burrard and Madeline Durell.1 He married Hannah Darby, daughter of John Darby.1 He died in 1813.1
     General Sir Harry Burrard, 1st Bt. held the office of Governor of Calshot Castle.1 He was Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lymington.1 He was created 1st Baronet Burrard, of Lymington [U.K.] in 1807.1 He fought in the occupation of Copenhagen in 1808.1 He fought in the Peninsular Wars.1
