Percy Holman Bentley, on 2 September 1950.1 He and Alison Mary Bentley were divorced in 1983.2 He married, secondly, Christine Trilby Knowles Hobbs, daughter of William Bebo Hobbs, on 14 May 1994.2 He died on 8 November 2002 at age 78.1
