     Henry Ball was born on 18 December 1750.1 He was the son of Robert Ball and Mary Croker.1 He died between 1807 and 1808, unmarried.1
     Henry Ball gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1775 in the service of the 15th Foot.1 He fought in the American War of Independence.1 He lived at Rocksboro', County Cork, Ireland.1

     Captain Bent Ball was born on 25 September 1753.1 He was the son of Robert Ball and Mary Croker.1 He married Catherine Hamilton, daughter of Joshua Hamilton and Mary Cox, on 25 September 1785.1 He died on 12 October 1832 at age 79.1
     Captain Bent Ball gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 63rd Foot.1 He lived at Rocksboro', County Cork, Ireland.1

     Hon. Henry Hamilton was born in February 1692.3 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Gustavus Hamilton, 1st Viscount Boyne and Elizabeth Brooke.1,2 He married Mary Dawson, daughter of Joshua Dawson, on 27 October 1722. He died on 3 June 1743 at age 51.3
     Hon. Henry Hamilton was Collector of the Port of Cork.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Donegal [Ireland].3
