     Robert Berkeley was born on 21 May 1794.1 He was the son of Robert Berkeley and Appollonia Lee.1 He married Henrietta Sophia Benfield, daughter of Paul Benfield and Mary Frances Swinburne, on 24 January 1822.1 He died on 26 September 1874 at age 80.1
     Robert Berkeley held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Worcestershire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Worcestershire.1 He lived at Spetchley, Worcestershire, England.1

     Sir John Swinburne, 3rd Bt. was born on 8 July 1698.2 He was the son of Sir William Swinburne, 2nd Bt.2 He married Mary Bedingfield, daughter of Henry Bedingfield, in 1721.2 He died in January 1744/45 at age 46.2
     Sir John Swinburne, 3rd Bt. gained the title of 3rd Baronet Swinburne, of Capheaton, Northumberland.
