     Augusta Mary Catherine Berkeley was the daughter of Robert Berkeley and Lady Mary Caroline Browne.¹ She married Sir Charles William Francis Noel, 3rd Earl of Gainsborough, son of Sir Charles George Noel, 2nd Earl of Gainsborough and Lady Ida Harriet Augusta Hay, on 9 May 1876.¹ She died on 5 November 1877.¹
     Her married name became Noel.

     Lady Mary Caroline Browne was born in 1829. She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Browne, 3rd Earl of Kenmore and Catherine O'Callaghan.¹ She married Robert Berkeley, son of Robert Berkeley and Henrietta Sophia Benfield, on 24 March 1851.¹ She died on 26 August 1924.¹
     From 24 March 1851, her married name became Berkeley.¹

     Sir Thomas Browne, 3rd Earl of Kenmore was born on 15 January 1789.¹ He was the son of Sir Valentine Browne, 1st Earl of Kenmare and Mary Aylmer.¹ He married Catherine O'Callaghan, daughter of Edmund O'Callaghan, in 1822.¹ He died on 26 December 1871 at age 82.¹
     Sir Thomas Browne, 3rd Earl of Kenmore fought in the Peninsular Wars.¹ He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baron Castlerosse [I., 1798] on 31 October 1853.¹ He succeeded to the title of 9th Baronet Browne, of Mohaliffe, co.      Catherine O'Callaghan was the daughter of Edmund O'Callaghan.¹ She married Sir Thomas Browne, 3rd Earl of Kenmore, son of Sir Valentine Browne, 1st Earl of Kenmare and Mary Aylmer, in 1822.¹ She died in October 1854.
     From 1822, her married name became Browne.¹ As a result of her marriage, Catherine O'Callaghan was styled as Countess of Kenmare on 31 October 1853.

     Sir Valentine Augustus Browne, 4th Earl of Kenmare held the office of High Sheriff of County Kerry in 1851.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Kerry between 1852 and 1871.¹ He held the office of Comptroller of HM Household between 1856 and 1858.¹ He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron Kenmare of Killarney, co. Kerry [U.K., 1856] on 26 December 1871.¹ He succeeded to the title of 10th Baronet Browne, of Mohaliffe, co.      Gertrude Harriet Thynne was the daughter of Reverend Lord Charles Thynne and Harriet Frances Bagot.¹ She married Sir Valentine Augustus Browne, 4th Earl of Kenmare, son of Sir Thomas Browne, 3rd Earl of Kenmore and Catherine O'Callaghan, on 28 April 1858.¹ She died on 28 February 1913.¹
     Her married name became Browne. As a result of her marriage, Gertrude Harriet Thynne was styled as Countess of Kenmare on 26 December 1871.
