     Reverend Edward Irvine Barry was born posthumously circa 1758.¹ He was the son of Captain Edward Barry.¹
     Reverend Edward Irvine Barry graduated from Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1779 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).¹ He was Deacon on 6 May 1781 at Cork, County Cork, Ireland.¹

     Sir Laurence Edward Anthony Tress Barry, 5th Bt. was educated at Haileybury College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in 1958 in the service of the Grenadier Guards.¹ He succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Barry, of St. Leonard's Hill, Clewer, Berks and Keiss Castle, Caithness in 1977.¹ He lived in 2003 at Swinstead Cottage, High Street, Swinstead, Grantham, England.¹

     Sir Claude Francis Barry, 3rd Bt. was born on 16 December 1883.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward Arthur Barry, 2nd Bt. and Kathleen Ellen Bicknell.¹ He married Angela Doris Manners Hume-Spry, daughter of Herbert Charles Hume-Spry, on 16 December 1908.¹ He and Angela Doris Manners Hume-Spry were divorced in 1927.¹ He married, secondly, Violet Gwendoline Pretyman Darby, daughter of Alfred Darby, on 20 December 1927.¹ He died on 25 October 1970 at age 86.¹

     Sir Edward Arthur Barry, 2nd Bt. was born on 25 April 1858.¹ He was the son of Sir Francis Tress Barry, 1st Bt. and Sarah Douglas Herron.² He married, firstly, Kathleen Ellen Bicknell, daughter of Percy Bicknell, on 31 January 1883.¹ He married, secondly, Eleanor Margaret Scott, daughter of Colonel Courtenay Harvey Saltron Scott, on 10 February 1891.¹ He died on 23 July 1949 at age 91.¹
     Sir Edward Arthur Barry, 2nd Bt. held the office of High Sheriff of Berkshire in 1907.¹ He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron De Barry [Portugal] on 28 February 1907.¹ He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Barry, of St. Leonard's Hill, Clewer, Berks and Keiss Castle, Caithness [U.K., 1899] on 28 February 1907.¹ He held the office of Vice-Lord-Lieutenant of Berkshire.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Berkshire Yeomanry.¹

     Fenella Hoult married Sir Laurence Edward Anthony Tress Barry, 5th Bt., son of Major Sir Rupert Rodney Francis Tress Barry, 4th Bt. and Diana Madeline Thompson, on 14 September 1968.¹ She and Sir Laurence Edward Anthony Tress Barry, 5th Bt. were divorced in 1991.¹
     From 14 September 1968, her married name became Barry.¹

     Elizabeth Jill Bradley is the daughter of Geoffrey Bradley.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Laurence Edward Anthony Tress Barry, 5th Bt., son of Major Sir Rupert Rodney Francis Tress Barry, 4th Bt. and Diana Madeline Thompson, in 1992.¹
     Her married name became Dawe.¹ Elizabeth Jill Bradley usually went by her middle name of Jill.¹ From 1992, her married name became Barry.¹
