     Colonel Frederick Arthur Stanley was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders (Territorial Army).1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1945.1 He was decorated with the Territorial Decoration (T.D.) in 1964.1
