     Sir John Walter was born before 1588. He married, firstly, Margaret Offley, daughter of William Offley.² He married, secondly, Anne Witham, daughter of William Witham, on 18 July 1622 at Isleworth, Middlesex, England.¹ He died on 17 November 1630.¹ He was buried at Woolvercott, Oxfordshire, England.¹
     Sir John Walter held the office of Lord Chief Baron of the Exchequer between 1625 and 1630.²

     Sir Robert Bindlosse, 1st and last Bt. was baptised on 8 May 1624.¹ He was the son of Sir Francis Bindlosse and Hon. Cecilia West.¹ He married Rebecca Perry, daughter of Hugh Perry and Catherine Fenne.¹ He died circa November 1688, without male issue.¹ He was buried on 15 November 1688 at Wharton, Lancashire, England.¹
     Sir Robert Bindlosse, 1st and last Bt. was created 1st Baronet Bindlosse, of Borwick, co. Lancaster [England] on 16 August 1641.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lancaster from 1646 to December 1648.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lancashire in 1660.¹
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Sir Francis Bindlosse was born circa 1603.¹ He was the son of Sir Robert Bindlosse.¹ He married, secondly, Hon. Cecilia West, daughter of Thomas West, 3rd Baron Delaware and Cecily Shirley.² He died on 25 July 1629.¹

Cecilia West was the daughter of Thomas West, 3rd Baron Delaware and Cecily Shirley.¹ She married, firstly, Sir Francis Bindlosse, son of Sir Robert Bindlosse.² She married, secondly, Sir John Byron, 1st Baron Byron of Rochdale, son of Sir John Byron and Anne Molyneux, after 1629.² She died in February 1638.² She was buried at Hucknall-Torkard, Nottinghamshire, England.³
     Her married name became Bindlosse.¹ From after 1629, her married name became Byron.

     Thomas West, 3rd Baron Delaware was born on 9 July 1577.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas West, 2nd Baron Delaware and Anne Knollys.² He married Cecily Shirley, daughter of Sir Thomas Shirley and Anne Kempe, on 25 November 1602 at St. Dunstan's-in-the-West Church, London, England.³ He died on 7 June 1618 at age 40.¹
     Thomas West, 3rd Baron Delaware succeeded to the title of 3rd Baron Delaware [E., 1570] on 24 March 1601/2.⁴ He graduated from Queen's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1605 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).⁴ He lived from 1610 to 1611 at Delaware, U.S.A..⁴ He held the office of Governor and Captain-General of Virginia on 28 February 1610.⁴

     Rebecca Perry was born before 1692. She was the daughter of Hugh Perry and Catherine Fenne.¹ She married Sir Robert Bindlosse, 1st and last Bt., son of Sir Francis Bindlosse and Hon. Cecilia West.¹ She died circa June 1708.¹ She was buried on 17 June 1708 at Wharton, Lancashire, England.¹
     Her married name became Bindlosse.¹

     Hugh Perry was born before 1614. He married Catherine Fenne, daughter of Richard Fenne.
     Hugh Perry held the office of Alderman of London.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of London from 1632 to 1633.¹

     Catherine Fenne is the daughter of Richard Fenne.¹ She married Hugh Perry.
