     William FitzWilliam, 1st Baron FitzWilliam was born in 1590. He was the son of Sir William FitzWilliam and Winifred Mildmay. He married Catherine Hyde, daughter of William Hyde, in 1605. He died on 6 January 1643/44.
     William FitzWilliam, 1st Baron FitzWilliam gained the title of 1st Baron FitzWilliam.

     Catherine Hyde was the daughter of William Hyde. She married William FitzWilliam, 1st Baron FitzWilliam, son of Sir William FitzWilliam and Winifred Mildmay, in 1605.
     From 1605, her married name became FitzWilliam.

     William FitzWilliam, 2nd Baron FitzWilliam gained the title of 2nd Baron FitzWilliam.

     Jane Perry was the daughter of Hugh Perry and Catherine Fenn.1 She married William FitzWilliam, 2nd Baron FitzWilliam, son of William FitzWilliam, 1st Baron FitzWilliam and Catherine Hyde, in 1638. She died in April 1671.
     Her married name became FitzWilliam.

     Hugh Perry was the son of Thomas Hunter and Jane Plumer.2 He married Catherine Fenn, daughter of Hugh Fenn, before 1634.3 He died in January 1634/35.3
     Hugh Perry held the office of Sheriff of London from 1632 to 1633.1 He lived at London, England.4 He held the office of Alderman of London, Queenhithe Ward.3

     William Fitzwilliam, 1st Earl Fitzwilliam was born on 29 April 1643. He was the son of William FitzWilliam, 2nd Baron FitzWilliam and Jane Perry. He married Anne Cremor, daughter of Edmund Cremor, on 10 May 1669. He died on 28 December 1719 at age 76.
     William Fitzwilliam, 1st Earl Fitzwilliam was created 1st Earl Fitzwilliam, co. Tyrone [Ireland] on 21 July 1716.1
