     Sir Valentine Blake, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Thomas Blake, 2nd Bt. and Juliane Browne.1 He and Eleanor Lynch obtained a marriage license on 27 June 1632.1 He died between 1651 and 1654.1 His will (dated 1 June 1651) was probated in 1654.1
     Sir Valentine Blake, 3rd Bt. was admitted to Middle Temple on 19 July 1628.1 He was invested as a Knight on 3 October 1629.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Galway [Ireland] from 1634 to 1635.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Galway Borough [Ireland] between 1639 and 1642.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Blake, of Galway [I., 1622] circa 1640.1 He held the office of Mayor of Galway in 1643.2

     Eleanor Lynch was the daughter of Sir Henry Lynch, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Martin.1 She and Sir Valentine Blake, 3rd Bt. obtained a marriage license on 27 June 1632.1 She died in 1692.2
     From 27 June 1632, her married name became Blake.1
