     Sir Thomas Blake, 4th Bt. was the son of Sir Valentine Blake, 3rd Bt. and Eleanor Lynch.1 He married, secondly, Ellinor Lynch.2 He married, firstly, Mary Martin, daughter of Richard Martin, in 1649.1 He and Maria French obtained a marriage license on 6 October 1656.1,2 He died in September 1676.2
     Sir Thomas Blake, 4th Bt. succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Blake, of Galway [I., 1622] circa 1654.1 He lived at Menlough, County Galway, Ireland.1

     Mary Martin was the daughter of Richard Martin.1 She married Sir Thomas Blake, 4th Bt., son of Sir Valentine Blake, 3rd Bt. and Eleanor Lynch, in 1649.1 She died after 1649, without issue.1
     From 1649, her married name became Blake.1

     Maria French was the daughter of Marcus French.1 She and Sir Thomas Blake, 4th Bt. obtained a marriage license on 6 October 1656.1,2 She died in 1694.2

     Sir Walter Blake, 6th Bt. was the son of Sir Thomas Blake, 4th Bt. and Maria French.1 He married, firstly, Anne Kirwan, daughter of Sir John Kirwan, on 10 August 1687.1 He married, secondly, Agnes Blake, daughter of John Blake, in 1706.2 He died in May 1748 at Marlborough Street, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1 His will was probated on 14 May 1748.1
     Sir Walter Blake, 6th Bt. succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Blake, of Galway [I., 1622] in October 1686.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Colonel Dillon's Regiment of Foot, in King James II's Irish Army.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Galway [Ireland] in 1689.1 He was the first Roman Catholic of distinction to join William III's invasion of Ireland, where he raised and maintained a regiment at his own expense.1 He lived at Menlough, County Galway, Ireland.1
     He had another son and another daughter.2

     Anne Kirwan was the daughter of Sir John Kirwan.1 She married Sir Walter Blake, 6th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Blake, 4th Bt. and Maria French, on 10 August 1687.1 She died in August 1705.2
     From 10 August 1687, her married name became Blake.1
