Joan Roydon was the daughter of Henry Roydon.1 She married, secondly, Oliver St. John, 1st Viscount Grandison of Limerick, son of Nicholas St. John and Elizabeth Blount.1 She married Sir William Holcroft.1 She died in February 1630/31.2 She was buried on 10 March 1630/31 at Battersea, Surrey, England.2
As a result of her marriage, Joan Roydon was styled as Viscountess Grandison of Limerick. Her married name became Holcroft.1 Her married name became St. John.1
