Sir Henry Anson Cavendish, 4th Baron Waterpark was born on 14 April 1839. He was the son of Sir Henry Manners Cavendish, 3rd Baron Waterpark and Hon. Elizabeth Jane Anson.1 He married Emily Stenning, daughter of John Stenning, in 1873.1 He died on 3 August 1912 at age 73.

Derby [G.B., 1755] on 31 March 1863.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baron Waterpark, of Waterpark, co. Cork [I., 1792] on 31 March 1863.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Derbyshire.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Staffordshire Yeomanry Cavalry.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Derbyshire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Staffordshire.1
