     Mary Dawson was the daughter of Joshua Dawson and Anne Carr.1,2 She married Hon. Henry Hamilton, son of Lt.-Gen. Gustavus Hamilton, 1st Viscount Boyne and Elizabeth Brooke, on 27 October 1722. She died in March 1770.1
     From 27 October 1722, her married name became Hamilton.1

     Reverend Joseph Dawson was born 2 in 1701.2 He was the son of Joshua Dawson and Anne Carr.3,2 He died in 1777.2 His will was proven (by probate) in 1777.2
     He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.2 He lived at Castle Dawson, County Londonderry, IrelandG.1

     Sir Richard Cox, 2nd Bt. was born on 23 November 1702 at Dunnanway, County Cork, Ireland.2 He was the son of Sir Richard Cox and Susanna French.2,3 He married Catharine Evans, daughter of Rt. Hon. George Evans and Mary Eyre, on 13 September 1725.2 He died on 2 January 1766 at age 63 at Cork, County Cork, Ireland.2
     He gained the title of 2nd Baronet Cox, of Dunmanway, co. Cork.1 He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.) He held the office of Sheriff of Cork in 1727.

     Henry Hamilton-Cox was the son of Joshua Hamilton and Mary Cox.1 He married Letitia Hutcheson, daughter of David Wilson Hutcheson.1 He died in 1821.1
     He was given the name of Henry Hamilton at birth.1 In 1784 his name was legally changed to Henry Hamilton-Cox.1
