     Major William Rickards Galwey was born on 19 August 1880.1 He was the son of Andrew Knox Galwey and Charlotte Hillier Rickards.1 He married Emily Frances Valentine, daughter of William James Valentine, in 1909.1 He died on 6 March 1932 at age 51.1

     Major John Rickards Galwey was born on 7 July 1910.1 He is the son of Major William Rickards Galwey and Emily Frances Valentine.1 He married, firstly, Margaret Louise Maitland, daughter of Reginald Ferdinando Maitland, on 26 June 1932.1 He and Margaret Louise Maitland were divorced before 1949.1 He married, secondly, Audrey Lane, daughter of William Lane, on 2 January 1951.1
