     Sir William Hervey was the son of John Hervey and Frances Bocking.1 He married, firstly, Susan Jermyn, daughter of Sir Robert Jermyn, in 1612.2 He married, secondly, Penelope Darcy, daughter of Thomas Darcy, 1st Earl Rivers, in 1642.2 He died in 1660.2
