Sophie Auguste Gräfin zu Stolberg-Rossla was born on 11 July 1754.1 She was the daughter of Friedrich Botho Graf zu Stolberg-Rossla and Henriette Gräfin Reuss zu Gera.1 She married Gotthelf Adolf Graf von Hoym, son of Ludwig Gebhard II Graf von Hoym and Rahil Luise Gräfin von Werthern, on 27 November 1789. She died on 3 March 1776 at age 21.1
