     Charles Baring was born on 17 March 1774.1 He was the son of Charles Baring and Margaret Gould.2 He married, firstly, Susan (?) on 9 November 1797.3 He married, secondly, Constance Dent, daughter of Commodore John Herbert Dent, on 20 March 1847.1 He died on 7 December 1865 at age 91.1
     He lived at Courtland, Devon, England.1 He lived at Flatrock, South Carolina, U.S.A..1

     Emily Baring was born on 29 August 1775.1 She was the daughter of Charles Baring and Margaret Gould.2 She married Sir Samuel Young, 1st Bt., son of Admiral Sir George Young and Elizabeth Bradshaw, on 28 April 1796.1 She died on 13 December 1847 at age 72.1
     She lived Exmouth.3 From 28 April 1796, her married name became Young.1

     Sir Samuel Young, 1st Bt. was born on 23 February 1776.2 He was the son of Admiral Sir George Young and Elizabeth Bradshaw.3 He married Emily Baring, daughter of Charles Baring and Margaret Gould, on 28 April 1796.1 He died on 14 December 1826 at age 50.1
     He succeeded to the title of 1st Baronet Young, of Formosa, Berkshire.1 He was EIC Madras Civil Service.2 On 24 November 1813 so created.2
