     Charles Baring was born on 17 March 1774.1 He was the son of Charles Baring and Margaret Gould.2 He married, firstly, Susan (?) on 9 November 1797.3 He married, secondly, Constance Dent, daughter of Commodore John Herbert Dent, on 20 March 1847.1 He died on 7 December 1865 at age 91.1
     Charles Baring lived at Courtland, Devon, England.1 He lived at Flatrock, South Carolina, U.S.A..1
