Charles Baring was born on 17 March 1774.1 He was the son of Charles Baring and Margaret Gould.1 He married, firstly, Susan Haywood on 9 November 1797.1 He married, secondly, Constance Dent, daughter of Commander John Herbert Dent, on 20 March 1847.1 He died on 7 December 1865 at age 91.1
