     Clara Margaret Valpy was born on 26 October 1877.² She was the daughter of Robert Arthur Valpy and Edith Alicia Jones.^1,2 She married Sir Seymour William Brooke Boothby, 13th Bt., son of Rev. Sir Brooke William Robert Boothby, 9th Bt. and Martha Serena Boothby, on 30 October 1906.¹ She died on 4 November 1969 at age 92.¹
     From 30 October 1906, her married name became Boothby.¹

     Robert Arthur Valpy married Edith Alicia Jones, daughter of Robert Oliver Jones and Alicia Thomas, on 14 January 1874. He died on 11 September 1894.²

     Serena Margaret Boothby was born on 21 June 1914.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Seymour William Brooke Boothby, 13th Bt. and Clara Margaret Valpy.¹ She married Herbert Charles Richards Homfray, son of Colonel Herbert Richards Homfray, on 19 November 1958.¹
     From 19 November 1958, her married name became Homfray.¹ She lived in 2003 at The Church House, Penilyn, Cowbridge, Glamorgan, Wales.¹
