     Lt.-Cdr. Geoffrey Borrie was born in 1897 at Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, England.1 He was the son of William Robinson Borrie and Ann Longstaff.1 He married Marjorie Edith Beesley in 1932.1 He died on 24 July 1949 at Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.1
     Lt.-Cdr. Geoffrey Borrie gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the service of the Royal Navy.1
