Rt. Rev. John Ryder was born in 1562 at Killaloe, County Clare, Ireland.2 He was the son of John Ryder and Fredinoid Crosby.2 He died on 12 November 1632.2

Rebecca Thimbleby was the daughter of William Thimbleby and Alice Clark.1 She married, firstly, Sir Nathaniel Catelyn before 1644.1 She married, secondly, Sir Erasmus Borrowes, 1st Bt., son of Henry Borrowes and Jane Savage, circa 11 January 1644.1 She died circa 1682.1 Her will (dated 1 July 1681) was probated in 1682.1
