     Sir Walter Borrowes, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1620.¹ He was the son of Sir Erasmus Borrowes, 1st Bt. and Sarah Weldon.¹ He married, firstly, Eleanor Fitzgerald, daughter of George FitzGerald, 16th Earl of Kildare and Lady Joan Boyle, on 16 February 1656.¹ He married, secondly, Margaret Loftus, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Adam Loftus and Jane Vaughan, after 1681.¹ He died in 1685.¹ He was buried at Gilltown, County Kildare, Ireland.¹ His will was probated in 1691.¹
     Sir Walter Borrowes, 2nd Bt. succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Borrowes, of Grangemellon, co. Kildare [I., 1646] circa 1650.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of County Kildare in 1673.¹ He lived at Gilltown, County Kildare, Ireland.¹

     Wingfield Borrowes was born circa 1625.¹ He was the son of Sir Erasmus Borrowes, 1st Bt. and Sarah Weldon.¹
     Wingfield Borrowes matriculated at Lincoln College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, on 12 September 1640.¹

     Eleanor Fitzgerald was the daughter of George FitzGerald, 16th Earl of Kildare and Lady Joan Boyle.¹ She married Sir Walter Borrowes, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Erasmus Borrowes, 1st Bt. and Sarah Weldon, on 16 February 1656.¹ She died on 3 August 1681.¹ She was buried at Gilltown, County Kildare, Ireland.¹
     From 16 February 1656, her married name became Borrowes.¹

     Margaret Loftus was born before 1666. She was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Adam Loftus and Jane Vaughan.¹ She married Sir Walter Borrowes, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Erasmus Borrowes, 1st Bt. and Sarah Weldon, after 1681.¹ She died before 1698.¹ Her will was probated in 1698.¹
     From after 1681, her married name became Borrowes.¹

     Rt. Hon. Sir Adam Loftus was born before 1650.
     Rt. Hon. Sir Adam Loftus lived at Rathfarnham, Ireland.¹

     Jane Vaughan is the daughter of Walter Vaughan.¹

     Sir Kildare Borrowes, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1660.¹ He was the son of Sir Walter Borrowes, 2nd Bt. and Eleanor Fitzgerald.¹ He married Elizabeth Dixon, daughter of Sir Richard Dixon and Mary Eustace.¹ He died circa May 1709.¹ He was buried at Gilltown, County Kildare, Ireland.¹
     Sir Kildare Borrowes, 3rd Bt. succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Borrowes, of Grangemellon, co. Kildare [I., 1646] in 1685.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of County Kildare in 1697.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Kildare [Ireland] between 1703 and 1709.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of County Kildare in 1707.¹ He lived at Gilltown, County Kildare, Ireland.¹

     Elizabeth Dixon was the daughter of Sir Richard Dixon and Mary Eustace.¹ She married Sir Kildare Borrowes, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Walter Borrowes, 2nd Bt. and Eleanor Fitzgerald.¹ She died on 11 March 1745.¹
     Her married name became Borrowes.¹
